It's up and running - by that we mean the festival itself, and a new on-line registration system. We hope that it will be easy and trouble-free, but there are some steps to go through to register for the site. Once that is done, it will be there for subsequent years.

Entries open Nov. 15th and will close Dec. 15th. You are welcome to do the registration in advance, and in the case of teachers it is necessary in order that students can register with the teacher's number.
